In the last couple of days, Kade has started calling me "Mama." He has said "mama" before, but it's usually a long string of "mamamamamamama." Night before last though, he got up in my face and said, in this perfect little boy voice, "Mama? Mama?" It thrilled him when I said, "What, baby?" It's like he just figured out who I am. He melts me. He talks more than anyone realizes, because he doesn't use his words as much as he could.
